"Common Ethical issues faced by MNCs" 

MNCs operate in more than one country. Therefore these companies are very large in size due to which they even has to face many problems incliluding some ethical issues.

• There is a lot of diversity on the basis of culture, religion, nationality, belief, morals,etc among the employees working in MNCs. Sometimes ethical issues related to this also arises in the workplace, due to the huge diversity.                                                 
• Anti -corporate advocate says that MNCs donnot have any national ethos as they operate in many nations having different cultures , morale and ethics.                                
• MNCs needs to adjust with natinal policies of different nations in order to operate in their land. This sometimes leads to ethical issues inside the organ.                                        
• MNCs also need to respect and work accordding to different ethics,morals,beliefs and cultures of different places where they are operating. This is also a huge challenge.    
• MNCs also need to make sure that there actions and products should not hurt the sentiments of there customers. Example - burger king case of selling beef in India.          
• MNCs need to treat there employees with ethics and equality . Othetwise the it will affect the company very much. Example - walmart unethical practices .

These are some major challenges which MNCs has to face in the field of business ethics.
